Alfredo Muccino

Alfredo is Olive's Chief Brand Architect, and comes with more than 25 years of experience consulting other reputable brands such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Visa, and Sony. Alfredo has built a reputation for innovative design and brand strategy expertise, and today is the driving force behind Olive's brand development as well as its creative output.


During his career, Alfredo has been recognized by some of the world's most prestigious design organizations. He has received awards from the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Western Art Directors Club, the Society of Publication Design, the Society of Business Communicators, American Corporate Identity, and many others.


As Olive's Chief Brand Architect, Alfredo has set the tone for the company's creative approach and brand strategy since its inception in 2003. In his work for Olive Alfredo draws upon his significant experience with brand strategy development and product launches for leading companies such as Ask, Intuit, LSI, Microsoft, Seagate, Sony, Plantronics, and Visa.


Alfredo started in business by founding Muccino Design Group, a design firm that quickly became sought after by technology firms for its blend of creativity and business savvy. After ten years, Mr. Muccino sold his business to Full Moon Interactive - a company with 240+ employees and revenues of over $24M - where he took on the role of Chief Creative Officer and oversaw the firm's creative work. He soon realized that he'd rather run his own company, and decided to start a new type of brand agency. As a result, he co-founded Liquid Agency. Liquid is focused on the technology industry and helps companies build brand awareness, differentiation and preference through a series of strategic and creative offerings.


Alfredo has been a featured speaker on the subject of branding and design at San Jose State University, the University of California Santa Cruz, the Software Publishers Association Conference, the SF POP Show and at GlobalShop. Mr. Muccino has lectured across the country on the subject of Brand Development for the Business Marketing Association, and writes articles about branding on a regular basis.
