Position: Customer Service and Sales

The Position.

Based on our dedication to deliver the best customer experience we are looking for the friendliest, most dedicated and ambitious customer service and sales representatives out there. As part of Olive's team you will take care of everything that revolves around our end-customers, from pre-sales questions to taking orders to handling customer service requests.

Your Profile.

Prior experience in a high call-volume environment.
Excellent customer satisfaction and telephone skills.
Good listening & problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technology & gadget friendly, including knowledge of basic networking technologies (routers, encryption, IP/DHCP etc.), digital audio formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC etc.) and audio related technology (speakers, amplifiers etc.).
Accurate and punctual.
Great team player.
Computer literate with typing & data entry abilities.
